2015 Harvest Festival Information and Fees

The event takes place Friday, September 18 - 20, 2015. Arrival time is between 7pm and 11:30 pm on Friday or after 8pm Saturday. Departure time is 9:30 am Sunday. Click here to sign up online.

Fees

Note: There is an extra walk-in fee of $15 for anyone who does not register and pay by Thurs., September 17.

Age 2 and under Free Free
No family will have to pay more than the Family Upper Limit for one week
of Camp, no matter how large their family is. Immediate (nuclear) families only!
This discount only applies to children 23 and under.
Family Upper Limit $125 $150

Day rate for Saturday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm:
If you are coming just on Saturday after lunch for the afternoon activities, dinner, and the hoedown and you email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by September 11 about it, your fee will be only be $25/person or $75/family. After that, if you email us by September 17, the fee will be $30/person or $90/family. The walk-in fee will be added to those not emailing us. You can pay at camp by cash for the day rate or you can mail in a check by September 11.

Sending a check will help us save on credit card fees.

Don't forget to bring:

  • DRESS UP FOR HOEDOWN: Country attire (plaid shirts, long skirts, boots, hats, handkerchief, suspenders, etc :). Bring some to spare to share!
  • Warm clothing. It's cold in the mountains at night!

Hoping you can join us for the fun. We will have a live band for the square dance.

Refunds

A refund fee is necessary due to transaction costs and commitments made by the camp based on the number of attendees. We try to keep it as low as possible to accommodate guests with extenuating circumstances that require them to withdraw from camp.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. up to 5 days before the registered program starts, we will issue a refund minus a 5% cancellation fee. After that, if notified up to the day before the registered program starts, we will issue a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Those not showing up will not receive a refund. The cancellation fee is waived for those who instead of a refund take a credit for a future Shehaqua Family program.
