The event takes place Friday, September 21 - 23, 2012. Please plan to arrive around 7pm on Friday, and leave around 10 am Sunday. Early bird prices are $40 / person, and 50% off for children 8 and younger. The maximum family price is $125 - immediate families only. Day fee for Saturday 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm:
If you are coming just on Saturday after lunch for the afternoon activities, dinner, and the hoedown, your fee will be $30/person or $90/family. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by September 18 about coming Saturday afternoon for the rest of the day, the fee will only be $25/person or $75/family and you can pay at camp by cash or check.
- POTLUCK DESSERT: Bring your most amazing, favorite, scrumptious homemade dessert to share with everyone!
- DRESS UP FOR HOEDOWN: Country attire (plaid shirts, long skirts, boots, hats, handkerchief, suspenders, etc :). Bring some to spare to share!
- Knives for pumpkin carving (if you want to take part in it).
