Needed: 1 person with baking experience; must be able to work without supervision
Time needed: 1-3 pm or anytime after dinner clean-ups are done and 11 pm, or whenever no meal preparation is going on
The baker’s assignments include:
- Prepare and bake snacks for the afternoons.
- Recipes can be provided for zucchini bread, carrot cake, brownies, oatmeal cookies, banana bread, apple crisps, etc.
- If needed, bake previously frozen pies one evening for serving after the evening activity.
