The meal serving coordinator's assignments include:

  • Makes sure no children under 12 years old serve food to others
  • Coaches meal servers on how to serve efficiently
  • Make sure the set-up for the meals is complete: All appropriate condiments are out, and there are enough plates and utensils in all the necessary places.
  • Replenish items that are getting low, i.e. syrup, dressing
  • Clean up spills when necessary
  • Keeps the food lines moving smoothly
