Helps to set up for activities and presentations. The staging crew's assignments include:
Set up for activities ahead of time. Specifically:
- Move the Sound Equipment.
- Bring the songbook to the next location of people singing.
- Take the songbooks indoors after an outdoor activity - even the singing before the meals - to prevent them from getting wet in any rain.
- Move benches. Typically, you would ask for volunteers from the people coming to the program. Sometimes, a vehicle is available to help.
- Build a camp fire for the first and second nights. If it is raining really hard, build it in the rec hall.
- Table for s'mores on the first night and the candles for the second night. Ask the General Affairs Director for candles (typically, the registrar has the candles).
