  • Bring the songbook to the next location of people singing.
  • Take the songbooks indoors after an outdoor activity - even the singing before the meals - to prevent them from getting wet in any rain.
  • Move benches. Typically, you would ask for volunteers from the people coming to the program. Sometimes, a vehicle is available to help.
  • Build a camp fire for the first and second nights. If it is raining really hard, build it in the rec hall.
