Helps to set up for activities and presentations. The staging crew's assignments is to set up for activities ahead of time. Specifically:
- Move the Sound Equipment. Only one person on the staging team needs to know how to set up the sound equipment.
- Bring the songbook to the next location of people singing.
- Take the songbooks indoors after an outdoor activity—even the singing before the meals—to prevent them from getting wet in any rain.
- Gather wood for fire(logs already cut, but kindling needed)
- Build a camp fire for midnight prayer. If it is raining really hard, build it in the dining hall.
