2013 Spring Gathering

The 2013 Spring Gathering happened over the weekend of Friday, May 17, to Sunday, May 19. The camp director was Oliver Noll.

- Strong communication within Leadership team

- Good price (relative to past workshops)

What can be improved
- Young Family program
- Didn’t send out survey
- Maybe open registration a little earlier
  - My fault- lack of clear details
- Schedule wasn’t followed completely
  - We wanted to do SS at the boulder field (it was too complicated)
  - Capture the flag game was moved to Sunday
New and insightful information
- Do not try to lead this and plan for VQ
- It might be helpful to limit people to directing one thing a year so they don’t overwhelm

themselves on accident - helps us develop leaders too
