Family Camp is organized by staffing the camp with the parents who attend. Because of this, we are able to make the fees lower than if we had to pay for staff. However, we also have to organize Camp after people register, but before Camp begins. So, in order to encourage you to register early enough to allow us to organize everything, we have stepped prices, with discounts for paying early. We ask that everyone not only register before the deadlines, but also pay before the deadlines, because: (1) When you have paid, we know that we can count on your coming, and (2) We need to have money before Camp to pay for equipment and expenses that come before Camp.

Under one family account only a nuclear family of parents and their children can be registered. Other relatives and friends need to be registered under another account.

Schedule of Deadlines

These deadlines are independent of which session of Camp you attend. If you pay by check, we expect the envelope to be postmarked by the deadline.

1. June 9: Pay by this deadline, because the fees rise the following day.
2. June 30:
   • Pay by this day if you missed the last one, because the fees rise again the next day.
   • This is the last day to let us know if you need to change weeks (for those already registered).

Refunds

A refund fee is necessary due to transaction costs and commitments made by the camp based on the number of attendees. We try to keep it as low as possible to accommodate guests with extenuating circumstances that require them to withdraw from camp. Late cancellations impact our ability to adequately prepare for the camp, meals, volunteer positions, etc.

After July 1, if notified up to the day before the registered program starts, we will issue a refund minus a 35% cancellation fee. Those not showing up will not receive a refund.

Paying

Once you have submitted your registration, the Registrar will send you an online invoice with the amount owed for your registration. Your invoice will come from the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

We will not be accepting checks by mail this year. If you cannot pay via the online invoice, please contact Laura or Sunkwon and they can try to arrange a way to collect your check.

Week 1 ARO

In Week 1 this year, we are organizing a program for Supernovas (high-school aged kids) called Attitude of Raditude Outings. There will be an additional price of $65 per participant for this. Please see the Registration page to learn how to sign up.

Donations for Families in Need

If you would like to sponsor a family or families in need to help them come to Family Camp, we encourage you to either make a donation of any amount through the payments page of the registration system, or directly sponsor someone you know by contacting the Registrar. Donations will be kept anonymous. Unfortunately, this is not tax-deductible.
