Sunday July 24th

Introduction by Gregg Noll / Ice Breaker: Getting to know each other and our hopes and dreams. What are your intentions for being here?

Monday: July 25th

7 am: Yoga, Tai Chi or Qi gong: Optional

8 am: Breakfast:  Start with a Green Smoothie (a blend of fruits and veggies) BERRIES

9 am: Song Session at Rec Hall

9:45 am: Nutritional Excellence / Drugs vs Diet:  Dr. McDougall

Activity: “I could never do that” and “ I would love to do that” (what activities in my life  would I have to give up with poor health ? )

11:30 am: Gregg Jones: Fermented Vegetables

12:00:  Lunch / Nutritarian menu: Foods rich in nutrients

2 pm:  Cooking Demo by Elke Noll: Homemade salad dressings (Eat one big salad a day)

3 pm   Hike or Free time

4-6 pm; Swimming / Free time

6 pm   Dinner: Cold Tea Brew (Red Bush and Green Tea) at the demo tent

7:30   camp fire (NO SMORES!) Fire roasted figs!

10 pm: Gathering around the campfire by volleyball court (optional)

 

Tuesday: July 26th

7 am: Yoga, Tai Chi or Qi gong: Optional

8 am: Breakfast: Start with a Green Smoothie (a blend of fruits and veggies)  ARUGULA at the demo tent

9 am: Song Session at Rec Hall

9:45 am: Nutritional Excellence: How diet can improve your health. Dr. Fuhrman 4 principles of health / ANDI List / Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead

11:30 am:   Book Reviews

12:30:  Lunch / Nutritarian menu

2 pm: Cooking demo by Elke Noll: Bean Spreads and Pesto at the demo tent

3 pm   Hike or Free time

4-6 pm; Swimming / Free time

Activity:  5 Myths:  What is it that stops you from healthy living….make a list and counter list.

Activity: Creating a health vision: Diet, Exercise, stress management: 90 day program

11:30 am:  How to set powerful health intentions and the power they hold.

12:30:  Lunch / Nutritarian menu

2 pm: Cooking demo: Tim Forringer on how to make homemade fresh salsa and ketchup

3 pm   Hike or Free time

7:30 pm: Family Camp Entertainment

Friday  July 29th

7 am: Il Shim Ceremony

8 am: Breakfast / Start with a Green Smoothie Mega Mix: nuts, seeds, greens and fruit

9 am: Reflections

9-11 am: Camp Clean up
